Internet Explorer 4/5 Settings
Steps to configure Internet Explorer version 4 or 5 to check for updated pages.
Step 1. Click View|Internet Options as shown in the graphic.
Step 2. Select the General tab, then click the Settings button.
Step 3. Check Every visit
to the page.
After your selection, to exit the Settings menu select OK at the bottom. Then select OK again on the
General
tab.
To enable Cookies Please do this additional Step.
Step 4. Select the Advanced
tab
Scroll down to 
Cookies and select the button as shown below.
To exit Advanced
click OK.
